Checklist for Fire NOC
Pre-establishment NOC
OR
CTE (Consent to Establish)
Structural map (Site Plan, key Plan, Floor Plan, Elevation Plan, Section Plan, Terrace Plan, Area Statement, Fire Plan) as per Uttarakhand Bye laws and NBC.
- A reference letter duly signed by departmental competent authority or CTE (Consent to establish) letter/Possession letter/ Objection letter issued by competent authority.
- If the map is with ‘Saman’ (Compounding) or alteration or additional construction is required, then copy of modified/updated maps with all plans as mentioned in above
para. (as per National Building Code & as per guidelines of Uttarakhand Building Bye-laws (further revised) issued by Govt. Of Uttarakhand). - Copy of previously issued Fire NOC (if issued previously)
Pre-Operational NOC
OR
CTO (Consent to Operate)
Map duly approved by competent authority (SIDA/MDDA/HRDA/DDA/Jila Panchayat/Regulated area development authority/ CEO cantonment board) in which all the previously suggested fire safely measures have been successfully demonstrated.
List of existing fire safety equipment in building/premises as per the NBC and its working condition.
Copy of previously issued Fire NOC (if issued previously)
Periodic Renewal Certificate
Scanned challan (Head 0070 60 109 00 00)
Scanned copy of Hydraulic pressure test certificate for Extinguisher.
Copy of previously issued Fire NOC.
List of existing fire safety equipment in building/premises as per the NBC and its working condition.
